Cooking and eating good food has always been one of the great pleasures of my life. On this site I've tried to assemble
some of my favorite recipes, both so I can keep track of them myself and so that others can share them. Mixed in with the
recipies are some favorite stories, both personal experiences and ones that I have heard. I've also included some cooking
tips I've learned through the years, and links to other recipe and cooking sites that I enjoy.
On the How I Got Started page, I have included some information on how I first became interested in cooking and on the
type of cuisine I consider my specialty.
